Payment & Booking Terms & Conditions:

All course bookings require a non refundable booking/deposit fee of £150. A 10% deposit is required for Direct Debits/Standing Orders. 

All prices listed exclude VAT - 20% will be added at checkout through the invoicing system.

 

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal®, PayPal Credit® and bank transfer. 

 

We have 2 payment options available: 

 

  1. Payment of a £150 deposit and pay the balance 2 weeks before the course date. 

  2. Payment of a 10% deposit followed by interest free monthly payments over 6 or 12 months with GoCardless® via Direct Debit/Standing Order.

 

A deposit is required to secure your booking. On arranging a date, two invoices will be sent. The first is due immediately and the second is set for the date 2 weeks before the course. 

If paying by Direct Debit or Standing Order the second invoice will have the same date as the deposit but is marked for your information only. Once payment details are set up this second invoice will be marked as paid. 

 

Course confirmation will be sent once the booking fee is received. An invoice will be sent at the time of booking. The booking fee is due on the same day unless otherwise stated. 

 

Failure to pay the booking fee may result in the place being offered to another student or the course being cancelled. 

 

The balance of the course cost is due 14 days before the course date. An invoice will be sent at the time of booking with the due date set accordingly. Failure to pay the course cost balance may result in the course being cancelled and you may lose your place and booking fee. 

 

Payment reminders will be sent via the booking system Invoice2go.

1:1 training incurs an additional fee of £1000 on top of the course cost.

 

Course Cancellation Terms & Conditions:

 

Courses cancelled up to 7 days before the course date will result in the booking fee being lost.

 

Courses cancelled in the 7 days leading up to the course will result in loss of the full course fee. 

Additional T&C’s for Online Training Courses:

 

The online training courses are priced at £149 for the Facial Anatomy and £249 for the Complications Management. These courses are FREE of charge if you have already trained with us and are on the support group where is will be located in the files section. You will be sent a link to these courses on our online training platform for new bookings of dermal fillers, botulinum toxins and skin boosters.

 

These courses will be FREE of charge if you book a training course with us before you purchase these online courses. If you book a training course after purchasing these online training courses, no refund will be given.

 

Course links will be emailed to you once payment in full is received. 

 

Payments via Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, PayPal Credit only. No payment plans available on online training courses. 

 

 

Privacy Policy: 

 

We are committed to making sure that your privacy is protected at all times. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy and GDPR rules.

 

For training will collect the following information:

* Full name

* Profession

* Regulatory body and registration number

* Contact information including email address and telephone number

* Date of birth

 

We require this information to provide you with a better service and make sure we train who we can. We may contact you with promotional material from time to time. 

For treatment will collect the following information:

* Full name

* Full medical history

* Full social history

* Contact information including email address and telephone number

* Date of birth

We require this information to make sure treatment is suitable for you and that you do not have any contra indications. We will store this information on our clinical records following consultations, reviews and treatment appointments. This is also used for insurance purposes.
